INTRO TO PILATES

3 PRIVATE SESSIONS. 

A great introduction to the Pilates Method. Our Certified Instructors will teach you a variety of exercises on multiple pieces of Pilates equipment. Pilates is for EVERY BODY. Let us show you what you can do!


*Must be completed before attending group REFORMER CLASS. These sessions will familiarize you with how to set up the equipment and get you ready for the variety of exercises done in a group class.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

PRIVATE SESSIONS are taught by our Certified Instructors and are tailored to meet each individual's needs. The 55 minute sessions will guide you through a variety of Pilates exercises on different pieces of equipment.

SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS

Take Pilates with a friend, spouse, or family member and enjoy some quality time together! Each 55 minute session will allow you to improve your skill on both the Reformer and Mat.

REFORMER CLASS

In this 50 minute class, you will workout on the REFORMER. Designed byJoseph Pilates, its leather straps and heavy springs will allow your body to work against resistance. The REFORMER works every part of your body, from the core to the extremities. 2 levels are offered: Beginner/Intermediate and Intermediate/Advanced.

MAT CLASS

This 45 minute class will focus on building core strength and improving flexibility. 2 levels are offered: All levels and Intermediate/Advanced.

MATS ARE SUPPLIED

65+ MAT CLASS

This 45 minute class is designed for students 65 years and older. It focuses on gentle stretching and strength building. Exercises are intended to improve balance and coordination and alleviate aches and pains.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative Yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. In a Restorative Class, you may hardly move at all, doing just a few postures in the course of an hour. Postures may be supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Enjoy winding down your week with this 60 minute evening class.
