First introduced to the Pilates Method as a student at the School of American Ballet, Gina was naturally drawn to Pilates. Her 600+ hour apprenticeship and 15 years teaching in New York City, Martha's Vineyard and Lancaster, Pennsylvania, have given her a genuine and contagious love of Pilates and a desire to spread the enjoyment and benefits to others.

Gina received her Pilates Certification in 2003 through the Pilates Studio of New York, Inc. She trained primarily with Master Teachers Romana Kryzanowska and Sari Mejia Santo at Pilates Seattle International and apprenticed under Teacher of Teachers, Roxanne Murata, at the Portland Pilates Center before relocating to NYC and completing her certification with Master Teacher, Brett Howard.

Gina brings to her teaching a sense of humor and adventure. "The more you laugh, the more you use your abdominals! I was hooked on Pilates after my first private session, and knew I wanted to teach by my third. What I enjoy most, is that you're never doing anything long enough to hate it. Pilates flows like a dance. No more mindless repetitions. Welcome to precise Pilates."

Gina has taught Pilates across the globe as a Guest Instructor with Escape to Shape, traveling to Mexico, Morocco, Colombia and Bali. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Columbia University.

Laura discovered Pilates in 2000, while working towards her accelerated nursing degree from the University of Delaware. She "loved the set routine of the Mat work", the lengthening she felt and the core strength that she gained. Laura had enjoyed dance classes in high school and college, and felt that Pilates gave her "the grace" that she had loved from practicing ballet.

Laura graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts in Art Conservation. She worked for 10 years as a pediatric critical care nurse.

Laura became a Certified Pilates Instructor through the United States Pilates Association, in December 2015. She has studied under Master Teacher, Brett Howard, at the Pilates Haus in Jersey City, NJ, and apprenticed with Senior Instructor, Gina Heysek, at PURE Pilates in Lancaster, PA.

Laura believes that her background in dance and health care will benefit her students in gaining strength, balance and flexibility in their Pilates practice and in their everyday lives. She loves how Pilates helps all body types become stronger, no matter the age, and is an exercise method that benefits everyone.

Erin has been practicing yoga off and on ever since taking her first Hatha yoga class in 1995. Yoga has been there for Erin during the challenging times of college, later supporting her changing body during two pregnancies, and in more recent years the practice of yoga has mover her into new career changes.

Since September 2015, Erin has completed 500 hours of training in Baptiste style Vinyasa with Evolution Power Yoga in Lancaster and has received her certification in Restorative Yoga with Kripalu School of Yoga.

Currently, Erin's favorite style of yoga to teach and to practice is Restorative Yoga. In a restorative practice, Erin finds she is able to explore the physicality of the body in a slow, relaxed way that allows for the creation of space within the body and mind as well as freedom from the daily pressures to do more, to be more. She can then simply be.

Erin sees the breath work and movement forms of yoga as a way to maintain physical health, mental clarity and spiritual connection to oneself, while being supported by a like-minded community.

Erin teaches yoga in studios and gyms, in schools and at private locations. She teaches to people of all ages and abilities, including children and families. Erin loves to teach indoors and outdoors, both on dry land and on the water on stand up paddle boards. Erin is always on the lookout for new adventures!
